  • Boxes & Foam Arrangements

    Keep your arrangement indoors, away from direct sunlight, heating, or cooling vents.

    Avoid placing it directly under ceiling fans or on top of televisions, radiators, or other heat-generating surfaces.

    Maintain a cool environment for your arrangement, ideally between 65°F and 72°F.

    Bouquet Boxes: Every other day, pour about one teacup (1 cup) of water directly into the base of the box through the center.

    If necessary, re-cut the stems: trim one inch off with a sharp knife at a 45-degree angle, then return the stems to the water-absorbing foam.

  • LOCAL DELIVERIES

    We provide delivery services to Houston and surrounding areas, starting at a flat rate of $20. For hand-deliveries outside of our standard delivery zone, additional fees may apply.

    SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIMES

    While we aim to accommodate your preferred delivery window, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times due to factors such as traffic. When placing your order, you may request a preferred time frame, and we’ll do our best to fulfill your request. Alternatively, feel free to contact us directly, and a team member will assist you personally.

    RECIPIENT CONTACT

    To ensure a smooth delivery, we may contact the recipient to confirm someone will be available to accept the delivery or to verify the address. If you prefer we do not contact the recipient, please note this in the special instructions box at checkout.

  • RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
    All sales at Love in Bloom Co. are final due to the perishable nature of our products, which are sensitive to temperature, moisture, and light. Exceptions apply only in the case of receiving a defective product, which must be reported within 2 hours of delivery. To report an issue, please email a photo of the arrangement to info@loveinbloom.co.

    Please note: Flowers are perishable and require proper care to maintain their freshness. Care instructions provided by Love in Bloom must be followed to ensure longevity.

    CANCELLATIONS
    To cancel an order, please call us at 346-257-3332 or email us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up or delivery time. Orders placed on the same day are non-refundable and will be charged in full.

    CARE INSTRUCTIONS

    • Bouquet Boxes: Add approximately one cup of water every other day by pouring it into the center of the box where the foam is located.

    • Re-cutting Stems: If needed, trim one inch from the stem at a 45-degree angle using a sharp knife before placing it back into the water-absorbing foam.
