Delivery policy

Delivery Timing: While we strive to deliver your order within four hours, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. You can specify a preferred time frame in the special instructions box during checkout, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

If No One is Home: If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery person may leave the gift in a safe, secure location, such as with a neighbor, or leave a note asking the recipient to contact us to arrange for re-delivery.

Recipient Contact: In certain situations, the florist may contact the recipient to confirm their availability for delivery.

Leave at Door Requests: Please note that if you request to have your arrangement left at the door or in another unattended location, you assume all liability. We strongly advise against this, as we cannot be responsible for any missing or damaged items due to such requests.
