Substitution Policy

Fresh Flowers:
At Love in Bloom, we are dedicated to delivering your heartfelt sentiments with the freshest and most beautiful arrangements possible. Due to the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers, it may be necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. Rest assured, we will strive to maintain the overall "look and feel" of your chosen arrangement by carefully considering the shape, size, style, and color combinations. For single-variety arrangements, the specific flower variety will be prioritized over color. For example, if you order yellow daisies, we may substitute them with daisies of a different color, rather than another yellow flower. Similarly, white and cream roses, as well as peach and pink roses, may be substituted for one another. Purple and pink orchids may also be interchanged with white orchids, and vice versa.

Plants:
For green and blooming plants, similar plants of equal or greater value may be substituted. In the case of one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will do our best to match the plant type, but may need to substitute with a different color. The containers for plants will be chosen to closely match your original selection.

Gift Baskets:
If substitutions are necessary within a gift basket, we will replace items with those of equal or greater value to ensure freshness and timely delivery.

Special Occasion Substitutions:
For special occasions such as funerals, birthdays, and anniversaries, where timely delivery is crucial, we may substitute flowers of equal or greater value if the specific flowers you requested are unavailable and we are unable to reach you through the contact information provided.

Request to Leave Item at Door:
If you request that an arrangement be left at a doorstep, porch, yard, or any location where the recipient cannot personally accept it, please be aware that you assume all liability. We strongly discourage such requests as we cannot be held responsible for missing or damaged products due to this special instruction.
